So I take it these photos are all elements of the same piece, right? How have they been manipulated? Are the first and third images the same?
I really like the way the last image looks. Knowing your work a little and how heavily you consider the surface qualities of the objects you make, I'm into the ambiguous quality of that shot. It's the kind of thing that sort of draws you in; knowing that what's within the "shadowed" portion of the figure has probably been manipulated to a degree that no one will ever really know. Anyway, If this exists in real life, outside of the "photo" format, I'd like to see it.
I also think it's sweet that you made this site. You should update it every month so I can see what you're up to. Your dedication and "discipline" about making "work" has definitely been a source of motivation for me; if for no other reason than it makes me feel guilty for being lazy. Sweet. See you soon.
